Wow, it's actually happening!
Over a year ago, the oh-so fabulous Alex Mooney (Alexandria Mooney Photography) and I tossed around the idea of hosting a workshop/shadowing opportunity to go over tips, tricks, and ideas for leveling up lifestyle family sessions for photographers who struggle with embracing candid-based portrait sessions. ((Or even just mamas with DSLRs who are wanting to take really good pics of their own kiddos))
Of course, COVID decided to throw a wrench into our -- and the entire world's -- plans, so we tossed the idea of a collaborative classroom workshop on to the back burner.
Fast forward to February of this year & we are more ready than ever to launch our very first workshop.... DRUMROLL PLEASE...

Coming your way May 23, 2021 in St. Louis, MO! We are so, so, soooo dang excited to gather with so many divine, creative souls and spend the evening teaching them ways to elevate their candid and play-based portraiture! We will be covering the camera settings we use most frequently to capture the movement, depth, and detail of organic, lifestyle family photography. Basic knowledge of shooting in manual will be incredibly helpful to understand this portion of the workshop!
After we cover all the technical tips & tricks, we will have multiple model families there to work with! We are super pumped about this shootout portion of the workshop and our models are so excited, too! All participants will have a chance to photograph the models.
We are offering an Early Bird Pricing special for all participants who register before April 1, 2021. Don't wait to sign up - we only have room for 12 creatives to join us for this workshop! Early Bird pricing is $150 through 4/1/21, the cost for a ticket beginning April 1st is $200.
